With the expansion of our capabilities, Technogel® is opening a new chapter: In addition to our proven PU gel and foam technologies in molded parts, we now also offer fully processable system solutions with the opening of a state-of-the-art PU system facility featuring a flexible and efficient production infrastructure. This creates new global opportunities for our customers — enabling tailored applications in polyurethane processing.
Our new facility will incorporate versatile filling stations for various container sizes — from small batches to drums and containers — and cutting-edge testing equipment for comprehensive quality assurance. A special highlight is our integrated technical center, which enables the development of customized formulations and product innovations — including prototype and small-series production, as well as the creation of release samples. This results in solutions precisely tailored to individual requirements.
